Privacy Policy (the “Site”) is a website owned and controlled by an independent Canadian Corporation (“Kibble Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Site provides a series of services. This privacy policy describes the information we collect, and how it may be used and shared through use of the Site.

By using the Site, you accept the practice described in this Privacy Policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy we will post those changes on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes or revisions made.

Your privacy is very important and we take it seriously. We collect information to analyze how the Site is used, diagnose service or technical problems, maintain security, personalize content, remember information to help you efficiently access your account, monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns, and track user content and users as necessary to comply with applicable laws.

We track information about you so we can create better experiences for you.

When you visit the Site, we may issue one or more “cookies” — small data files — to your computer to uniquely identify your browser and let Kibble Games help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may convey anonymous information about how you browse the Site to us, but does not collect or store personal information about you. A persistent cookie remains on your computer after you close your browser so that it can be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser's directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Site may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.

Our game is much easier to play if you let us store a cookie with your login info on YOUR computer.
Log Files

Information automatically provided by your browser each time you access a web page may be stored by us in log files. When you use the Site, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

We might keep track of what you do while playing, again to help make the experience better for everybody.
Clear GIFs Information

When you use the Site, we may employ clear GIFs (also known as web beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously. No personally identifiable information from your Kibble Games account is collected or transferred using these clear GIFs.

We may also use hidden things on the screen to know how long people spend doing which tasks.
Third Party Services

Kibble Games may use Google Analytics or other analytics services to help us understand the use of the Site. Analytics services collect the information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address. These third party services receive this information and their use of it is governed by their Privacy Policies.

We use other people's tools to help us figure what parts of the game are fun and what parts are not.
Personally Identifiable Information

The only personally identifiable information we ask for is your email address and a few general survey questions. Kibble Games will not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties without your consent. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Kibble Games — for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers.

It is possible personal information may be transferred or assigned in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution. We may share or disclose your information with your consent, such as if you choose to sign on to the Site through a third-party service. We cannot control third parties' use of your information. We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Kibble Games's rights or property.

We're not in the business of sharing your personal information, so we won't ask for more than we need and we won't share unless we have to.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Kibble Games services. Kibble Games may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on Kibble Games. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content. Kibble Games does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks.

We may share stuff that refers to all our players as a group to understand and improve the services we provide.
Your Choices About Your Information

You may decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Site. You may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your account.

You can always update your information, and if you decide to stop sharing we understand. If we don't have enough information to uniquely store your progress, your progress will be lost.

Children's Privacy

Kibble Games does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register with the Site. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

If you think that your child is playing our game without being old enough, contact us and we will remove the account.

Links to Other Web Sites

Kibble Games is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Site, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Site to another website, this Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. We cannot control how third parties may use personal information you disclose to them, so you should carefully review the privacy policy of any external website you visit before using it or disclosing your personal information to its provider.

If you came to the game via another link, or are visiting a link from the game we can't ensure our privacy policies are their policies. Neither can you.

To make the Site as easy and convenient to use as possible, Kibble Games implements a “good enough” security model. Data is stored in a secure datastore at data centers owned by Google but managed by us. Please note that communication with the Site and its services are currently NOT encrypted using SSL (i.e. http as opposed to https); this is also the case with many popular online services such as Facebook. We may eventually move the Site to SSL; however, SSL should not change anything in terms of user behaviour — Kibble Games should never be used to store or convey confidential user information. We are not responsible for the unauthorized acts of others and we assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access (such as through hacking) or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.

We make every reasonable attempt to keep your information private, but there are bad people out there that may get it at some point and we can't be responsible for what they do with your information.
